I was a team captain during my college playing career at USF and I played a year professionally in Germany.

I am the co-founder and owner of FuelGood Meal Prep.
What do you like most about your job?
I am able to educate and help people become the best versions of themselves when it comes to nutrition.

What is one piece of advice you would give young Force players as they begin to consider their futures on and off the field?
On the field, I would say enjoy the moment. It doesn't last forever and the ability to play for such a good club or University is a privilege. Off the field, whatever you decide to do, you should take your competitiveness from playing soccer and apply it to your future job.
